This fandom event is in affiliation with "Starmin Constellations", a collective group of fans of Holostars English, organizing popup events around the globe to celebrate anniversaries for the group. Holostars English is a vtuber/streaming group with heavy RPG theming.

These events are open to the public, have no affiliation with Holostars or their parent company, and charge no fees. Think of it more like having a corner of our space decorated for a day to celebrate this fandom

These events follow a "cupsleeve" format, wherein fans who order food or drink from the venue receive a goodie bag filled with fan-made freebies as well as a special, unique drink sleeve.

About the Presenter:

Dr. Smoller has had a passion for wine since his days living near Napa Valley. He has been seriously studying wine for the last 11 years and has completed three of the six sections of the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust (WSET) level 4 (Diploma level). Along the way he has also completed the Italian Wine Scholar and French Wine Scholar programs (Wine Scholar Guild), the Spanish Wine Expert course, along with master level courses in Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, Loire Valley, Rhone Valley, Champagne, and Rioja, all with honors. His wine studies are not limited to Europe, however, and he has also successfully completed courses about wines from California, Oregon and Texas, Argentina, Chile, China, Georgia, South Africa, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

He has been formally certified as an instructor for the WSET program, as well as by the Wine Scholar Guild. He teaches several wine courses at Daemen University and Finger Lakes Community College and gives wine presentations throughout the greater Rochester region. He is the owner of Know Wine, LLC (www.knowwine.net). In his spare time, he is a Professor at Univ. Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Rochester Says is a newly hosted team game built around how Rochester residents answered questions about local life, nightlife, dating, food, neighborhoods, affordability and what the city should improve.

Instead of traditional trivia, teams compete to predict the most popular local survey responses much like a Family Feud style game. The goal is a fast, social and highly Rochester-specific experience that gives people something different to do compared to your average trivia nights. Teams will be 4-6 players (individuals can be assigned to teams) and the game should last about 90 minutes.

This newest script is called Midnight Society. This script is all about characters working in secret or having secret roles (even if they dont know they do). As opposed to having a super strong demon, the Outsiders and the Minions are pulling the weight for the evil team this time. The Spy will be feeding all the pertinent knowledge to the demon while the Drunk and Marionette hinder things in their own way and the Barber and Harpy will be messing with the good team either by accident or on purpose.

To combat this the good team has a bunch of strong roles such as the Dreamer, Courtier and Savant - They may even have someone who has succumb to Lycanthropy to thwart the Spy and Demon controlling each death...

The event will be $10 per person and will take place in our main area where you can participate in the game. Space is limited so be sure to buy your ticket ahead of time and we'll spend the night solving mysteries and deducing who is terrorizing the town.
